Aim

My aim is simple - to create the largest cross stitch stitched by a single person.

The Subject

The all important question, what am I going to stitch? I'm having to keep this under wraps at the moment. I have three ideas for the subject however I need to confirm agreements regarding image rights.

Timeline

If everything goes to plan I hope to start stitching in October 2020. I plan this to be a seven year project.

Update 6th August, 2020

I have had it confirmed that I will be able to source a piece of 14 count aida more than big enough for this project.

I'm going through the planning stage at the moment.

Firstly I had to make sure that I can get a piece of Aida large enough for the project.

I'm waiting to hear what conditions there are for the finished piece to be considered as a world record.
